In an announcement that will surely stir the waters in the competitive router market, Complete CNC Solutions has become the exclusive distributor for all Tekcel CNC products and accessories across the UK and Europe.

“Along with the manufacturer of Tekcel routers, we are totally committed to supplying, maintaining, servicing and supporting all existing Tekcel and Spandex Tornado router customers, as well as welcoming potential new router and tooling customers on board,” explains managing director Julian Sage, who draws on some 22 years of experience in the industry.
Complete CNC Solutions has further revealed the launch of a bespoke e-commerce website. The online store will reportedly stock an extensive range of, ‘high quality solid carbide CNC tooling, cutters and accessories’.
Sage continues: “We’ve developed an unbeatable range of cost effective tooling products, specifically designed to deliver high class routed edge finishes, across a wide range of materials for the sign, display, POS, exhibition, and shop fitting industries.
“These products are as a direct result of our own broad experience of CNC routing spanning more than 22 years, along with the important on-going feedback we’ve received from CNC router owners.”

The announcements come as the company launches a new strategic expansion plan, aimed at meeting a growing level of demand for CNC products from the sign and visual communications industries.
In addition to a relocation to larger premises in Somerset, the company also says it has created new positions in its technical and administration departments.
The two developments have allowed the company to offer, ‘substantial discounts on quantity purchases’ and the extension of its ability to offer ‘expert advice and knowledge for customers requiring help when choosing the correct cutter, feed rate or machining strategies for CNC routers’.
A new router demonstration area has also been created for customers to see Tekcel routers in action, sample cut materials and an extensive range of CNC tooling.
