The vibrant Mexican design was created using Drytac ReTac Textures
The famous 30-year-old Mirage is located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and has been featured in many films including Ocean’s Eleven.
Diablo’s Cantina restaurant is the latest feature of the hotel, and thanks to Drytac ReTac Textures has been decked out with large-format murals featuring intricate and colourful imagery.
The ceiling-to-floor Mexican-inspired designs feature bright flowers and a sombrero-wearing skeleton playing a Spanish guitar.
We chose ReTac Textures because of its compatibility with a long-term display in a high-end restaurant”
Local Las Vegas grand-format and installation firm, Screaming Images oversaw the printing of the murals, as well as the installation.
Drytac ReTac Textures was used to create the murals in Canvas. This is a matte white PVC film with an embossed textured finish.
This particular product is ideal for hospitality environments due to its removable adhesive backing, meaning it can be easily removed and repositioned multiple times causing no damage to the wall or floor surface.
James Swanson, principal and owner of Screaming Images comments: “We chose ReTac Textures because of its compatibility with a long-term display in a high-end restaurant. We love the Drytac ReTac Textures product and Drytac’s service.”
