Each day of advent, another window of the Lever St. building reveals a new print from a Manchester designer
The business recently moved to 24 Lever Street, and upon noticing there were 24 windows on the side of the building, the idea of an enormous advent calendar with a different festive print in each one made perfect sense for the award-winning firm.
Each day of advent, a new print by a different Manchester designer is unveiled, and becomes available to purchase online, with all proceeds going to the Wood Street Mission. The charity helps struggling families at Christmas, providing holiday essentials such as food and toys.
They’ve also designed an image specifically for Wood Street for number 24 to be revealed on that day which is really exciting”
Sophie Bell from Wood St Mission says: “They’ve also designed an image specifically for Wood Street for number 24 to be revealed on that day which is really exciting. It’s a lovely image and we’re really looking forward to people seeing it.”
Prints, ranging from wacky and unique to designs with a classic Christmas feel, can be bought at a dedicated 24 Days of Lever Street website, and each day’s reveal can be followed using the hashtag #24daysofleverst on Twitter.
