Sam Cook and Tom Weaver have showcased the potential of mergers for solidifying a firm's prospects
Visual communications specialists Urban Storm has joined forces with international out-of-home printer Prismaflex UK to form a company with an international reach with dozens of offices in several countries and hundreds of staff.
Cook says the idea behind the move was to create a ‘truly leading visual innovation and printing company in the UK’.
“We see huge opportunities to expand our business in the retail sector, with display products both inside and outside stores; exciting point of sale displays, internal wall graphics, LED TV displays and banner systems,” adds Cook.
