Grafityp still at top after 72 years

Grafityp has produced films for almost 40 years, beginning with Grafitack
The P series is manufactured in Belgium, and has a material thickness of 75 microns. The films are available in widths of 762, 1370, and 1525mm.
Grafityp began as h/o stanserij, before changing its name to Bosman Letters. Within 25 years, it had expanded the business to run stores in Rotterdam, Eindhoven, and Utrecht. The year after, the firm purchased an even bigger space, and renamed the company Grafityp Lettersystems.
In the 1980s, Grafityp took the pioneering journey forward and introduced CSR, which is the first cutting plotter in the world that was steered by a computer. During the same decade, Grafityp introduced its first set of films, Grafitack.
The CSR evolved every couple of years, and the company was put on the map after a period of substantial growth. In 1991, Grafityp took expansion even further, and opened subsidiaries in Britain and Spain. This year also saw more research go into the production and manufacturing of its films. In 1995, Graficast was introduced to dealers and the public.
Manufactured in-house, Grafityp started to produce GEF non-PVC films and was completely revolutionary in 2005. The self-adhesive films are for sign-making, wrapping, and a variety of other uses.
The founder of the firm, Herman Rudolf Bosman, passed away in 2009, leaving behind Grafityp to his son, who was still in charge of the business up until last year.
