Roland DG clinches IIP Silver Standard status
Industry heavyweight Roland DG has been awarded the Investors In People (IIP) Silver Standard status

Roland DG has been given the silver stamp of approval by Investors In People
An internationally recognised framework, IIP has been designed to help businesses improve performance across their whole operation.
The certification focuses on assessing a host of topics to ensure there is a defined business strategy that is understood by all staff, processes for knowledge sharing and developing individuals beyond their specific jobs.
Jerry Davies, managing director of Roland DG UK, paid tribute to the firm’s employees after the manufacturer achieved the IIP Silver Standard.
