Cutting costs is being highlighted as an advantage of investing in environmentally-friendly kit

SA International (SAi) has became the latest firm to emphasise that ‘going green’ does not not always have to mean increased costs.

The firm has become the latest company to commit itself to exhibiting at September’s inaugural EcoPrint, where it will showcase its PixelBlaster production software.

SAi claims the award-winning system is a complete end-to-end solution that cuts wastage and therefore costs, by ensuring each printer generates the same output quality every time.

“When addressing sustainable print production from a holistic standpoint, most print service providers would acknowledge that running a comprehensive end-to-end production workflow software plays a major contributory role in maximizing the potential of lean manufacturing”, says Gudrun Bonte, product manager at SAi.

In addition to the obvious corporate social responsibility benefits, the chance to cut costs as highlighted by the firm is yet another reason why companies should consider ‘going green’.
