Under the leadership of Tim Andrews, Hollywood Monster has had a successful start to 2012.
Sign and graphics company Hollywood Monster has been able to buck the economic trend to enjoy a successful start to 2012.
Under the leadership of managing director Tim Andrews, the firm has been winning new business and has seen its workforce increase by 40 percent in the opening months of the year.
The 19 new positions created at the firm comes at a time when unemployment problems are peaking in the UK.
Interestingly, the new jobs include a number of apprenticeships for young people and, with Andrews a former apprentice himself, the company clearly sees the positive effect this can have on business.
“Many of the people we employ started this way. This approach will allow us to grow a strong, experienced workforce to help secure the business’s future,” explains Andrews.
In addition to the business success, the firm also picked up the ‘Best Wide-Format Printing Company’ at the Sign and Digital UK Awards 2012 for the second year in a row.
With the economy causing problems for many companies, Andrews’ leadership shows it is possible to be successful in tough times.
