Printable textile and soft signage media manufacturer Heytex says it is ‘satisfied’ with the development of its flagship Heyblue concept, saying these is still ‘enormous growth’ potential for the product.
Heyblue is a PVC-free textile and fabric concept, which was released to the market around a year ago. The firm is looking to capitalise in the growing market for ecologically-sustainable sign textiles in the market, brought on both from customer demand and increasing legal requirements.
Heytex says it believes it its solutions, ‘meet the required market criteria’ and there is still room for growth of its Heyblue range’.
“The last twelve months proved to us that we are well prepared for the growth of this market with out broad Heyblue product range. It meets the high requirements of users and consumers,” explains Heytex sales manager, Arnoud Mekenkamp.
The product selection consists of two ranges of polyester-based Heyblue Digitex and PP- and PE-based Heyblue. It has 25 products overall, with the firm claiming it is one the most, ‘varied product ranges of environmentally-friendly textiles ever’.
Mekenkamp predicts that other markets will follow the European one in terms of green growth, as he explains: “We assume that Europe will be the first market with the highest growth rates.
“However, we have already achieved good results worldwide with Heyblue. Environmentally-friendly and qualitatively equivalent products are becoming more and more important worldwide.”
As demand for greener products continues to rise despite recessionary pressures, products such as Heyblue are likely to continue to gain market traction.
