Innova raises critical industry issue
The operations director of Innova Solutions has spoken out the need for higher standards from suppliers servicing the sign industry, saying the adage ‘the customer comes first’ needs to be more than just a mantra.

The high strength tapes and adhesives provider’s customer satisfaction survey showed that 86 percent of customers thought they provided better service than their competitors, and the company is still making changes to improve its service.
Barrowclough adds: “We have recently invested significantly into our CRM – this is the engine that is revolutionising how we work.
"Being able to link our stock and customer data together ensures there is a robust service procedure and makes us much more efficient. Ultimately, this makes life easier for our customers.”
