“We’re delighted to announce this acquisition; combining two leading companies within the sector is an exciting prospect and puts us in a really strong position for 2016,” says Glenn Dunleavey, managing director of NovaDura and its sister company Innova Solutions.
He continues: “The NovaDura brand has gone from strength-to-strength and now we are the only serious choice for recyclable, anti-vandal and anti-graffiti signage. We’ll be combining our marketing and sales force with Durable Signs' 14 years experience and exceptional product quality under the Primadura brand.”
Durable Signs’ former director Sam Fraser will continue as technical director of the expanded NovaDura, while Kevin Fraser will stay in post as production manager.
Dunleavey continues: “As a result of the acquisition, NovaDura will have greater in-house flexibility to continue targeting prestigious high street signage.
"This includes the banking sector, national heritage, railway and underground signage, where our flagship products meet vehicle category specifications of BS EN 45545-1: 2013 and satisfy the requirements of LUL1-085:Issue A2 for use on the London Underground.”
