The restructuring strategy has seen Displayways invest in new kit to support production of its new product range
The company was sold to Rob Kelly and Peter Sheldrick last summer, and the pair were keen to put this new strategy into place.
The scheme has seen a rebrand of the business, as well as investment in a new website, IT systems and the introduction of a new product range.
Since the rebrand and investment we have been lucky enough to attract new staff with senior people joining us such a finishing manager and an account director, both of whom approached us, which is a good sign”
The initiative has also seen the firm purchase new equipment, including the latest Zund G3 cutting and routing machine to help develop new products.
Alongside this investment, the firm has also boosted its workforce, as Kelly explains: “Since the rebrand and investment we have been lucky enough to attract new staff with senior people joining us such a finishing manager and an account director, both of whom approached us, which is a good sign.”
The firm is now set to continue with this restructuring in order to grow its services further.
