Ricoh launches new direct-to-garment printer
Document management solutions provider, Ricoh, launches the Ri 1000 Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printer designed to provide print providers with “a fast and flexible solution for exceptional image quality.”

The Ri 1000 direct-to-garment printer
Joining the Ri 100 and Ri 6000 in Ricoh’s DTG portfolio of solutions, the new printer is due to be exhibited at FESPA Global Print Expo 2019.
An advancement of the Ri 3000, the Ri 1000 features enhanced resolution of 1200 dpi x 1200 dpi and supports CMYK plus white ink. With improved application flexibility due to a new pre-treatment liquid suitable for 100% light polyester and polycotton blends, the printer opens up opportunities in a number of sectors such as sports.

FESPA is Europe’s largest international wide-format professional printing exhibition which attracts over 7,000 exhibitors.
The show will take place from May 14th – 17th 2019 in Munich Messe, Munich.
