High interest in beloved HNS Signs

Last year, Michelle Henry, owner of HNS Signs, made a big decision to move to Australia and leave her beloved sign company behind. Now, the fourth-generation sign-maker is looking for a buyer.

HNS Signs is an award-winning company, and was rewarded for its work on the Arcadian Project by FESPA

March has been the month of trying to find a suitable replacement that will be able to take HNS Signs forward, and continue its upward trajectory inspired by Henry. Its impressive list of blue chip customers include Ted Baker, Budweiser, Yell, and Kurt Geiger. Since the for sale sign went up in November, Henry has met with a number of interested parties, but March has seen the process heat up.

Over the last seven years, Henry has grown the business and has seen the business awarded Gold by FESPA for its work on the Arcadian Project, beating off competition from 37 countries. The firm has also been awarded a top award for innovation at the British Sign Awards. Henry hopes that the new owner will have as much enthusiasm and passion as she does for the business, as leaving it behind was naturally a tough decision.

We are considering a number of offers for the business at the minute, but it’s not too late to register your interest as we are still meeting prospective buyers during March and April

“Naturally, it’s a big decision to sell HNS Signs,” says Henry, adding: “I have created a truly unique and innovative business over the last seven years, and it is with a heavy heart that I can’t pick it up and take it with me to Australia.”

HNS Signs supplies customers nationally and operates its base in Birmingham, offering services including bespoke signage, installation, and fitting. On the sale of the business, Henry adds: “We are considering a number of offers for the business at the minute, but it’s not too late to register your interest as we are still meeting prospective buyers during March and April.”
